Let there be no doubt that Minister Porter should understand that the continuum of abysmal game playing is over.
 
The three [3] links below: my responses to the DSS shameful FINAL RESPONSE are badly understated therein 3 links.
THERE IS NOTHING AS BAD THOUGHT I THAN TO BE TAKEN FOR A FOOL – THAN TO BE TREATED WITH IMMORAL CONTEMPT BY UNDERLING LAWLESS.
AT LEAST SHE SIGNED HER NAME!! [DEC 15, 2015]
 
It is just a matter of time before I take the next inevitable step in the perennial ponderous detritus  you create for yourselves.
 
Have you people no shame but to foist such a pathetic derivation of YES MINISTER on me?
 
There are so many lies and unhealthy derivations not even touched upon.
 
Just a tiny example - ETHAN WITH NO NAME writes as follows on 12 Nov 2015:
 
‘’....the Department does not have the expertise or authority to question the professional judgement of the practitioners or to express a view about  the result of a delivered service’’
 
Then the imbecile writes: THE DEPARTMENT CONSIDERS THAT THE EXPLANATION PROVIDED BY CATHOLIC CARE MAELBOURNE IS APPROPRIATE AND NO FURTHER ACTION WILL N+BE TAKEN’’
 
PRITHE EXPLAIN – what on earth were theser morons doing over the months id=f they f-deem themselves – nay – so plainly indict themselves as having less than no acumen?
WITH THEIR OWN WORDS!!!!!
 
Tell me Minister: how are you going to look when in turn the PM sees merely this self indictment?
 
And the Courts, in order Minister: what more need i proffer to any legal entity who needs no legal acumen than to see the cover up in merely these w=ords?
Do you see dozens more?
FIX IT MINISTER before this gets more out of control.
Shame on ye all.
All we expect is fair play and have had nothing than grandiose fraud from all parties:

NRAS ‘scam’: Victoria Police drop case as DSS takes over

Victoria Police has quietly dropped a million-dollar fraud ­investigation into a Sydney developer who allegedly scammed charities out of scores of $15,000 payments for social housing ­incentives that proved useless.
Police say they are leaving it to the federal Department of Social Services — recently slammed by federal auditors over its management of the Rudd-era National Rental Affordability Scheme — to investigate the fraud claims, centred in Ballarat.
A local building company, which was also allegedly scammed by the developer, said DSS officers had already travelled to Ballarat to take statements from his company, allaying fears the case would disappear in a ­morass of federal bureaucracy.
The alleged scam also saw three charities helping the downtrodden in Ballarat — Uniting­Care, St Laurence and Catholic Homes — pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to the developer for $10,000-a-year NRAS incentives to build social housing.
The incentives wound up being frozen amid a federal crackdown on illicit trading of these ­entitlements. The builder, the Macneil Group, said federal ­investigators had recently taken statements from it over the ­alleged fraud.
“DSS have been in contact with us. They are going to pursue the matter,’’ director Paul McCuskey said. “They took information and they took statements. We provided a statement to Victoria Police as well, but they never progressed it.”
Victoria Police confirmed its fraud investigation had been wound up — with the matter to be investigated at a “commonwealth level” — without giving a reason.
The developer, which The Australian has chosen not to name, did not respond to a request for comment.
The NRAS was the Rudd government’s flagship social housing program and has fostered the construction of thousands of units for needy Australians.
But flaws in the design and management of the program — exposed in The Australian — have seen it exploited ruthlessly by universities to build accommo­dation for international students and by developers who have stockpiled and traded incentives.
The scheme gives owners a government subsidy of $10,000 a year for 10 years if they are willing to rent out the property at 20 per cent under market rent.
The investigation is believed to be focused on between 80 and 120 surplus NRAS entitlements the developer obtained from the University of Ballarat before the rules around trading them were tightened.
The incentives were allegedly sold to the charities and the Macneil Group for up to $15,000 each, but proved worthless when they could not be transferred.
As of the most recent NRAS performance report, up to last September, the developer involved remained on the list of active participants in the scheme.
The scandal continues to dog the finances of UnitingCare Ballarat, with the charity revealing in its latest annual report that it has had to borrow to complete the units for needy seniors.
The Department of Social ­Security said it “takes all alle­gations of fraud against its programs and services very seriously and works with appropriate bodies such as state police forces to investigate allegations”.
The department said it was co-operating with Victoria Police but it “is not appropriate to comment on any matter while it is under ­investigation”.

My Dear Minister Porter.
 
Today I received a letter from a
Jan Lawless,Branch Manager / Chief Internal Auditor
Assurance Branch
Department of Social Services.
 
It is an amazing read – irrespective that she is claiming to be an Internal Auditor – no – A CHIEF INTERNAL AUDITOR – who creates / can write crass, unintelligible, irresponsible clap -  trap:  over – generously describable as  time – wasting verbiage.
 
Note my diplomatic style,  Minister Porter. I try to be reasonable. The dear woman is apparently serious in informing me thus’':
“The Department takes all complaints to it’s staff seriously and can assure you that the matter will be dealt with appropriately’’
 
Then she makes clear the matter of investigation will be secret!!!
A closed Court.
A Star Chamber – using the pathetic privacy nonsense! THE REALM OF ALL COVER – UP!
 
Shame on you people if you thought you could so easily cover up  fraud: I guess someone with legal skills read the IMPLICATIONS OF THE BELOW – AND UNDERSTOOD THAT THERE IS MUCH TO COME!
 
I tell you not much more except to warn you that this matter is not going to come to a peaceful abode via asinine YES MINISTER TACTICS!
IT LACKS EVEN THE ROMANCE OF YES MINISTER!
 
The last [3rd] paragraph is even worse: the lady is now seemingly denying what she gainlessly, hopelessly admitted in the second one.
 
I think Minister that you had better get wiser and /  more honest heads around this.
 
You must have policies as to how to handle honest, skilled, hurt, very determined people like me: I further note the suggestion of the Ombudsperson is also very annoying.

Dear Minister Porter
I telephoned the complaints dept. of the DSS at around 10 am today – asking the manager to review the outrageous ruling ‘ETHAN’ [no surname!] made as per the latest entry in the main confidential blog below.
HIGHLIGHTED.
 
But I changed my mind – they take 2 days just to get back to you!
 
AND I HAVE NO INTENTION OF WASTING MORE TIME:
 
  1. I  wish to advise you that you are requested to become involved: already this matter has gone further.
  2. IT IS ALSO SURELY ALSO JUST A MATTER OF TIME –  ONE WAY OR ANOTHER IT WILL BE ADJUDICATED UPON BY THE COURTS.
  3. THAT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAN BE PREDICTED WILL BECOME FORMALLY INVOLVED. A prima facie series of cases exist. AND I CANNOT IMAGINE THE LEADING LAW OFFICER’S DEPARTMENT WILL IGNORE / GO AGAINST THE MOST ELEMENTAL LAW: CRIMINAL FRAUD!
  4. Copies of my emails to the AG George Brandis are not enclosed to save space and to simplify.
  5. NOR ARE VARIOUS ATTACHMENTS SENT  TO DSS: THE DSS CAN SEND TO YOU – OR I WILL IN TIME. EVERYTHING THEREIN MAKES IT WORSE FOR DSS!
  6. PLAINLY IT IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE A FORMAL COMPLAINT IS MADE TO THE COURTS. There are many outrages the FAMILY COURT WILL EXAMINE AND DO WHATEVER IT MAY. CONTRAVENTION OF ORDERS FOR A START!
  7. WE MAY EVEN GIVE PERMISSION FOR PROSECUTION OF MULTIPLE PARTIES IN THE MAGISTRATES’ COURT. If it is my permission that is needed. I am not doing much research on this arena; but no -  one will underestimate me soon. It is grandiose irresponsibility for entities to have done so in the past.
  8. AND THUS MY REASON EMAILING YOU: I have every intention of legally railing against our unilateral, illegal evisceration from our beloved grandchildren.
  9. AND IT VERY MUCH ANNOYS ME THAT THE DELIBERATE OUTRAGES FROM THE DSS COULD MERELY THEORETICALLY COMPROMISE US WHEN IT EVENTUALLY GOES TO THE FAMILY COURT / WHEREVER, etc. I WILL NOT ALLOW THE MULTIPLE CHIMERAS TO STAND: NOW THE DSS HAS JOINED OTHER PARTIES IN BEHAVING / ACTING ILLEGALLY. SHAME ON THEM: DID THEY REALLY THINK THEY WOULD GET AWAY WITH IT?
  10. AND I wish to advise that wherever this matter will end up – or wherever the inevitable COURTS it goes to – WHATEVER CRIMINAL CHARGES RESULT FROM THE OUTRAGEOUS INJUSTICES METED OUT TO MY WIFE AND MYSELF - it cannot be a good thing for your department to be possibly seen as supporting major fraud.
  11.  THIS IS A CRIMINAL MATTER. AND EVERY DAY THAT PASSES FURTHER ILLEGAL ACTS ARE PROMULGATED BY DELIBERATE CONTRAVENTION OF ORDERS –
  12. PLUS THE FRAUD THAT IS RESIDENT IN THESE FILES – IN THE CREATION OF DOCTORED COURT ORDERS – WILFULLY IGNORED BY DSS AND MANY OTHERS!
  13. ITEM 11 ABOVE IS THE MOST SERIOUS CRIMINAL FRAUD – and is also resident and clearly explicated!
  14. It is necessary for the DSS to apologize to us. As surely will the subject of DSS alleged inquiry – CATHOLIC CARE. THIS I RESPECTFULLY DEMAND.
