I write
you today in dismay that your staff seem to assume they can get away with what
amounts to unprofessional behaviour.
I wrote
you some time ago – asking you to get involved. There is no justification in
rehashing the mess that was made in plainly not being able to come to terms with
the file.
It
seems you passed it back to the same people – and with short – term optimism I
awaited satisfactory rejoinders and action. But no!

Your people were asked to send me via email and originals by post of your correspondences with Gadens / Jason Walker. PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY MY EARLIER REMARKS ON THIS MATTER ALONE.

Similarly originals of one more email was / were not sent relating to our correspondences: from memory – it was unsigned as per the email – and I referred to this episode via addressing your office as ‘dear unknown person.’ THIS ORIGINAL WAS NOT SENT ME – you may care to get the relevant person responsible to sign it – a minimum procedural requirement.

I also advise that there are matters you should familiarise yourself with that are resident in correspondences and act on same.

document in question was dated sometime March 2012.
It remained dormant / non – acted upon by Ella Blusofsky – until she happened to
look through her files and identified that Zeimer / Gadens/ Walker codicyl???
which had sent it to the school – presumably sometime around March 2012.
WE HAVE NEVER SEEN
IT – ZEIMER / WALKER HAVE NEVER DISOWNED IT –[they cannot!!!]
AND HAVE PLAYED ASININE GAMES WITH ME IN / VIA MULTIPLE SNOW JOBS AS I
DESIGNATED IT!!!

ME THAT THE DOC SAID THAT WE ARE NOT TO APPROACH OUR MEGA – GORGEOUS GRAND
DAUGHTER ON SCHOOL GROUNDS UNLESS IT WAS AN END OF YEAR SPEC

APOLOGIZED – BUT SAID TO EVA AND 3 DAYS LATER TO ME THAT IT WAS A LEGAL DOC
SIGNED BY WALKER.
It all
related to a telephone conversation Ella made to my wife Eva – LATE IN THE AFTERNOON on FRIDAY
21/6/13 nervously telling Eva that she cannot come to the
school precincts – as part of the LEGAL DOCUMENT’s conditions she quoted from.
My wife was too shocked for words – and being the sort of person she is – left
it there. She failed to recall any such conditions!!
IT WAS TOO
LATE FOR US TO PHONE HER BACK – HAVING FOUND NO SUCH DOC!!!!!!!!
As I recall
as written MANY TIMES – the document was a defacto extension of the
IVO these people improperly issued against us a few short years ago. Plainly the
act of creating said doc and passing it off as a facsimilie of the court –
endorsed agreement was plainly fraudulent.
In
attempting / seeking to keep it away from our eyes – see below and all other
items – was a cover – up. The continuum – in repeating derivations of cover up
of a lamentable fraud – has made it of Watergate proportions! It is plainly
incumbent on Jason Walker to explain – even if his client told him to act so –
to have NOT acted so!!!
I
ADVISE YOU THAT IMPORTANT PEOPLE FROM THE YESHIVAH BETH RIVKAH SCHOOL HAVE BEEN
SENT COPIES OF THESE PAPERS SO NOT ONLY CAN YOU CONTACT THEM FOR CONFIRMATION OF
THE VERACITY OF WHAT I WRITE _ BUT THESE PEOPLE CAN INDEED COMMUNICATE WITH YOU

Even if
Zeimer and his appendant in – house legal advisers told Walker to do so – it is
incumbent on Walker to have REFUSED TO DO SO – simply because he is a servant
of the court – and it is HIS SIGNATURE ON THE
DOC HE FRAUDULENTLY CREATED WITH OBVIOUS INDUBITABLE INPUT FROM ZEIMER AND
APPENDANT / ACOLYTES / IN – HOUSE LEGAL ADVISERS!
IT IS
INCUMBENT FOR HOWARD ZEIMER AND HIS APPENDANTS / ACOLYTES / IN - HOUSE LEGAL
ADVISERS – TO ADVISE WHAT ROLE THEY HAD IN WHAT MAY HAVE SEEMED TO THEM AS A
‘GOOD IDEA AT THE TIME’!
THEY HAVE
CREATED MANY FRAUDS – A FEW DETAILS HAVE BEEN EXTANT IN THESE CORRESPONDENCES!
Now you appreciate why
I have sent examplars of merely a few of them in these / earlier
correspondences.
It is
necessary for Howard Zeimer, his wife Shoshana Zeimer, appendants / acolytes /
in – house legal advisers to realize that they have effectively been responsible
for the humiliation and more of a basically good person in Jason Walker – and
belatedly apologize to
us via a public forum – and to Jason Walker – who is left
carrying the blame.

was told that upon perusing my court files – only electronically – lodged files
are shown. This may or may not be correct.
Since then
I have drawn the conclusion that there are no documents extant on the file post
FEB 2012. Therefore Walker did not even bother to complete the fraud by lodging
this March 2012 entity MANUALLY.
Note again
– it matters not whatever dichotomy is espoused – the March Doc WAS sent to the
school as / with defacto fraudulent intent – whether JW conmsumated the fraud
via non – electronic / ‘’’’supplementary conditions’’ or not!!

WITH YOUR SECOND LAST PARAGRAPH: IT IS INDEED A CONTRAVENTION _ ? FRAUD BY THE
ZEIMER APPENDANT ? CLUIQUE!!!
As
far as your last paragraph is concerned – it is indeed not for you to ‘’comment
on court orders’’.
Nor
for you to contemplate how your own inquiries will impact on anything – whether
it be our being able to see our wonderful adorable grand
daughter.
I
make this comment: these papers plainly relate to Dina – the fraudulent chimera
has been created to apply only to Dina.
And
I say to you – our wonderful grandson Reuvi – who is having his Barmitzvah this
Saturday – is no less wonderful.
Pathetically
Howard Zeimer has not deemed us as part of Reuvi’s life – and we have not been
invited to attend any of the celebrations!! THIS IS
PATHETIC!!
I
thought to add this because we intend to attend merely the Synagogue – as can
anyone.
May
these people belatedly realize that they do their children – our beloved
grandchildren – no benefit as they even now try to eviscerate their loving
grandparents.
