OH – One more thing! A relatively minor
matter.....
Dr Adler lied to us when he said he did not use emails – only
for private correspondences: I later found out he was in prolix communication
with the other parties!
Why would Adler lie so easily for no real reason? MERELY
BECAUSE HE WANTED TO MAKE THINGS MORE DIFFICULT FOR
US>
The below is a cut and paste of a fax I sent him as
below.
Merely a random one.
Since then I have written and emailed him asking for
explanations for amongst other things – destroying documents in the middle of
proceedings.
Take note please that I am going to soon take matters to the
medical authorities.

They can examine what is befitting behaviour of a medico.

The DSS can work out whaterver they like... certainlty CATHOLIC CARE DID NOT CARE!

Dear Dr Adler
I fax you today the two letters from the Cairnmiller
Psychologists - which were initially produced by Dr Zeimer in his Family Report
Affidavits - having earlier refused to disclose them despite
agreeing to allow the liaising between Dr Rottem and these women.
Dr Zeimer essentially lied to Rabbi S M Kluwgant - as you
will recall. Arguably this is only one of many such things Zeimer did - amongst
all the lies in his Affidavits in the Intervention Orders AND the Family Court
Affidavits.
ALL DEBUNKED BY ME IN OUR PAPERS WHICH YOU NOW HAVE FOUND.
These can easily be elicited from my papers and our Affidavis.
None of our claims therein are susceptible of
misinterpratation - nor debatable:N Zeimer lied! And worse - he still poisons
the childrens' mind - partially successfully! a real tragedy!
I mention this - drawing your attention to how it sickens
me that these women - being plainly lied to by Zeimer - having plainly failed
in their duty of care to the children - having at best FAILED to understand that
they have so manifestly failed ostensively to understand - are still causing
chaos with the children's lives.
To wit - they cannot blame us with the manifest CURRENT
parlous state of Aryeh's mind.
Why else does Zeimer refuse to allow the release of
Aryeh's school Report??? He promised - in writing - only to realize that in
disclosing same - he would be disclosing much else!
I advise you that we gave permission for your Family
Report to be sent to these women. [March this year]
- I want to know - in what way have they / will they modified /. modify their modus vivendi in trying to help or at least not further harm the children - particularly Aryeh!
- I want to know whether it is now obvious to the Court - and you DR ADLER - that these women are at best being disengenuous in not acting in the best interest of their children patients - who remain VULNERABLE!! To use their words...
- I want them to advise you / us that they will immediately seek a better mode of behaviour that will ensure I will not have to contemplate complaining against them - this time to the Magistrates' Court.
Please advise me as to who you inted to interview - and
who you have interviewed.
We await your report - and remain in wonderment as to why
Zeimer asked for it - given what he is hiding.
Is he also trying to generate costs - is he seeking to
hide behind the chaos he is causing to his - our - flesh and blood?
What is he after - anything but to sit down with us -
having ceased more of above!

Helen teaches in the Certificate of Professional Practice, a program for fourth year psychology graduates who are working towards professional practice as psychologists. She also supervises psychology graduates who are completing requirements for registration with the Psychologists Registration Board. Helen is a Registered Psychologist in Victoria and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
