Dear Ms McNamara
I confirm that you phoned me earlier this
morning, basis [merely] my 2 emails embedded in this email as per
attachments.
It is noted that the LSC now claims that the
SINGLE LETTER from Gadens James Walker dated March 2012 has already been sent to
us.
It is noted that you claim the letter – you claim
that the so – called ‘Orders’ were already sent us and bear no resemblance to
the contents of the letter of March 2012 read out to us by the wonderful Ella
Blusfski – in June 2013 from memory!
It is noted that you must know that this is
false.
It is noted that you refuse to send me
THAT document claiming the above – preferring to believe the Gadens /
Zeimer et al fraud that is essentially staring you in the
face. Amazing that – you claim it is the same as what we have – yet
claim client priv. over it!!!! How dare you so contemptuously demean yourself!
It is important this is understood – I clarify
for the sake of other parties reading this:
- Your refusal to send to us is understood as you will claim a waste of time as you claim we already have the ‘Orders’ doc. THE FACT THAT THIS IS A FRAUD DOES NOT SEEM TO CONCERN YOU: SHAME ON YOU!
- Your refusal to allow my uncovering of THE ACTUAL DOC held by the school is your pathetic attempt to try to pretend that the school will not tell the truth to other parties reading this AND ALL EARLIER DOCS! SHAME ON YOU – THIS INSULTS ALL – the school people and much / many more!
- It is noted that even THIS email is sent cc to the esteemed members of the school: are free to vitiate matters herein – as they have always been free to do so!
It is noted that you must know that I know and
now OTHERS WILL KNOW that you are trying to outlast me – because essentially all
my correspondences with your people have been sent cc to managers / Rabbis at
THE SCHOOL.
IT is noted that I told you
that these wonderful people at the school would have instantly vitiated my
claims if indeed I was wrong! SHAME ON
YOU!!
It is noted that your ‘denoued’ recourse is to
refuse to confirm our conversation and to refuse to respond beyond this point:
SHAME ON YOU – YOU WILL BRING DISCREDIT ON YOUR ORGANIZATION –
A MERE BOYS’ / GIRLS’ CLUB FOR FRAUDULENT SOLICITORS!!
YOU DARE MISUSE CLIENT PRIV. UNDER THE AEGIS OF
FRAUD – SHAME ON YE ALL!
SHAME ON YOU – MERELY
CONSIDER THAT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE – AT BEST MAKE IT FAR MORE PAINFUL FOR
EVERYONE: and I mean everyone!!
Including our grandchildren – who will
see no happiness in the humiliation of their father and
stepmother!
Mind you – he deserves it after the
hundreds of discrete / didactic manifold frauds HE / THEY
committed!
