Dear Ethan

Thank you for telephone call on Thursday Nov 5 when you asked for an extra week or so to enable the investigation to be finished.

I was pleased to easily confirm that this will be ‘’OK”: indeed you must take whatever length of time is needed. So I said and I confirm herein.

 

Manifestly Catholic Care aided and abetted with Dr Zeimer and illegally encouraged and conspired with him to breach a Court Order / Consent Order.

 

The seriousness is compounded by the obvious: Dr Zeimer has thus been empowered to continue to be in breach of said Court Orders.

 

For at least 5 months.

 

I write this addendum broadly to so advise the DSS investigators as follows.

1.  GIVEN THAT DR ZEIMER IS AWARE HE IS IN BREACH – AND CONTINUES TO BE IN BREACH OF COURT ORDERS - AND THAT HE MUST KNOW THAT MATTERS ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION, HE  HAS NOT DEEMED NECESSARY TO TAKE ACTION THROUGH THE COURTS TO ALTER THE ORDERS!
2. Dr ZEIMER HAS DEMONSTRATED EXPERTISE AND FAMILIARITY WITH THE ANNALS OF FAMILY LAW: HE KNOWS HE HAS ALSO ACTED ILLEGALLY IN CREATING MANIFEST FRAUDULENT DELIBERATE MISREPRESENTATIONS OF SAID COURT ORDERS MORE THAN A YEAR AGO.    OF ORDERS.      AND HE AND GADENS SOLICITORS PASSED ON THESE FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATIONS TO THE CHILDRENS’ SCHOOL! Plaiunly criminal fraud --- maybe tautological....
3. AND AMAZINGLY THE LEGAL SERVICES COMMISSION PLAINLY ACTED FRADULENTLY AS ABOVE! Please pass on to the Attorney General’s department. [re Gadens and the LSC]
4. ALL OF THESE AND MORE WERE KNOWN BY CATHOLIC CARE. AND CATHOLIC CARE HAD AN OBLIGATION UNDER LAW TO PASS ON TO THE AUTHORITIES ACTS OF ILLEGALITY THAT SO CLEARLY CAME TO PASS IN FRONT OF THEM THROUGH THE SO – CALLED MEDIATION PROCESS.
5. The children have been abysmally treated by Dr Zeimer via the multiple lies he conveyed with allegations of how ‘’distressed’’ they were over the years with the loving contact with their loving grandparents over 3 years or so. I ask that DSS also investigate the well – being of the children and to examine the lies resident in Dr Zeimer’s Affidavits which the Court – appointed psychiatrist Peter Adler allowed. ADLER ADMITTED TO DESTROYING DOCUMENTS – IN A LETTER I HOLD! Please pass on to AG this as well.
6. I further advise that we have had contact recently with the children at mutual social engagements – and they were pleased to see us! Making Dr Zeimer’s claims absurd – as if they were not absurd as stand – alone entities!
7. Dr Zeimer’s father in law is the famous lawyer Adam Gomez Kremnizer, so Dr Z could not claim not to know what he has done herein and the multiple frauds over the years.
