We have contacted Mr Walker to seek a response to your complaint.  He is currently away.  At this stage we do not need anything further from you.  Hopefully we will hear from Mr Walker within a reasonable period of time, but if we have not heard from him within 2 weeks we will contact you again.

I refer / clarify  my below / earlier comments: this writer has no idea how you managed to conjure that my matter relates to complaining about ‘’hand written amendments ....’’ A non relevant / non sequitur

Nor do I understand the comments you make under your heading: ‘’Your Complaint’’

Understand please that your tentative defacto response per your email of earlier today  – if that is what to designate it – is completely off the mark in the former – ‘hand – written’ scenario.
I MADE NO SUCH ALLUSION TO HAND WRITTEN ANYTHING ANYWHERE ANYTIME: HOW DID YOU COME HERE? 

Furthermore, your comment seeks to make a major issue of material of the latter... ‘your complaint’ – it was sent you as a guide to illustrate  CURRENT matters that YOU COMPLETELY IGNORED!

I am stunned!

All matters will have to be investigated because they designate fraudulent behaviour from servants of the court. AS EARLIER EMAIL.....
Whilst these matters were / will be indeed in need of investigation – and will be re iterated later because unexamined fraud is fraud is fraud.... – I AM / WAS MERELY ASKING YOU TO NOT BE IGNORING THE CURRENT MATTER THAT CAUSED ME TO WRITE TO WALKER A FEW WEEKS AGO!

If you wish me to write out a didactic  step by step analysis for your benefit I can do this when we return from a well – earned holiday very late next week.
But it would not be a good look if I had to do that.

However – if you STILL claim that somehow there is merit in what you broadly write earlier today – you can give this file to your superior.

You may sadly already need to do this?

I am very busy with too many matters – but manage to make sense....

Dear Mr Daily
I refer to yours of today.
  1. I wrote to James Walker on 24/6. Do you want me to cut and paste it?
  2. On 25/6 JW claimed to not know about the doc. Yet promised to ‘’retrieve it from the archives’’... and respond to my allegation. Rejected any notion of ‘’having acted inappropriately.’’
  3. I reminded JW on 1/7 that he had not responded! And was hoping for an ‘’appropriate answer.’’
  4. I became annoyed on 2/7. Kindly note the accusation explicit! Do you see the accusation? And the prolix detail? Do you need a copy?
  5. On 2/7 was the start of the deliberate snow – job – via their amazing deliberate waste of time: do you want me to explain that they NEITHER DENIED NOR SENT ME THAT DOC!! Do you want me to explain this? If not – then read my email ‘’no more snow jobs Mr Walker of 3/7
  6. It gets worse – the school’s esteemed Principal letter of 4/7 promises something in the name of ‘’THE FAMILY’’ THEY HAVE ALREADY REFUSED TO SEND... see above 1 –5 above!
  7. How about my multi addressed email of 4/7? ...’’please send doc as promised’’
  8. Then 8/7 – ‘’once again please respond professional Mr Walker’’ It didactically lists all their refusals ..
Then we come to my emails  to you people 9/7... a few clarifications and 23/7

Could you please inform me why you could not readily appreciate what is going on here?

My additional information with fraud allegations against the Court – appointed psychologist Peter Adler, Howard Zeimer’s outrages exlicitly, didactically – yet broadly stated – and behind it all was J Walker who plainly has got himself into trouble – because it was all created by him / on his watch!!

THERE ARE ALLEGATIONS OF FRAUD ALL OVER MY MATERIAL – which are were  sent to enable you to see what has been going on – and thus to see the POST FEB 2012 fraud in this context!
