Sir / Madam
Kindly
advise me of the phone number of your chief investigative
officer.
I
have a major complaint against the Victorian Legal Services Commission who have
plainly acted fraudulently in their dealings with my wife and
myself.
Pathetically
– they are manifestly indicted via the correspondences. Mere minor attention to
detail readily elicits this.
Yet
I prefer to discuss before formalized action is taken – possibly in another
forum.
Being
aware of complaint procedures kindly note that they have – if only to the extent
of not advising of your office with respect to complaints
against themselves, they have exacerbated their position.
If
only to this minor extent.
Repeat
– this is obviously minor.
The
matter relates from June to 8 Oct 2013.
Plainly
they are protecting the solicitor in question! A sham and fraudulent modus
vivendi.

Kindly tell me why this writer has any reason to believe your
office will be willing / capable of examining and adjudicating on
yourselves.
AT LEAST 5 PEOPLE AT YOUR VICTORIAN OFFICE MANAGED TO MAKE A
DISHONEST MESS: all too pathetic to think that the more they buried themselves
with their admitted gross detritus / deliberate errors – the more determined
they became to maintain the reputation of Gadens!
And the obverse – the corollary being they cared not about the
fraud writ large decimating them.
And I respectfully convey: please do not play games with me.
Treat me as a serious threat!
