Dear Constable Verdun

The Victorian Attorney General's Department has informed me by a detailed letter that I should contact my local police station St Kilda  the AG  having earlier received a swag of papers of same subject from the Australian Attorney General.

The Australian Attorney General claimed under the aegis of fobbing me off that it was VICTORIAN AG responsibility AKA advising me that it is VICTORIA'S jurisdiction.

I tell you that it should AT LEAST have been prosecuted by the AG Australia because it involves multiple frauds and manifest cover ups of multiple frauds by a COMMONWEALTH department. Which covered up multiple crimes of other entities which also tried to cover up said crimes. THEIR OWN REGULATIONS WERE CLEARLY BROKEN... SARCASM ATTEMPTED WHICH IS PARTIALLY OBVIOUS.

The not obvious black sarcasm is that the DSS was not remotely interested in CRIME: MERELY THAT THEIR ''FUNDING ARRANGEMENTS'' WITH CATHOLIC CARE WERE NOT COMPROMISED BY CATHOLIC CARE AND HOWARD ZEIMER!!!!
Better believe it - look at one of the middle links at end of this treatise!!!

Kindly note that that it is the self - same VIC AG who since 2013 has been trying to lob it into the OMBUDSMAN'S court!

I detail the above and as below because a day after our conversation you also started the attempt to fob me off with the line that: ''FAMILY LAW IS COMPLEX AND I CAN GIVE YOU CONTACTS.''

I rapidly interrupted you - and you quickly understood that the multiple matters cannot be fobbed off anywhere else!

To be fair to you - you clearly did not initially appreciate the matter - and that I WAS GETTING VERY ANNOYED / SICK OF THE WORST BUCK PASSING IN AUSTRALIAN LEGAL HISTORY!!

My next port of call is going to be DIRECTOR OF VIC POLICE, then THE FEDERAL POLICE CHIEF - AND THEN TO GO PUBLIC!

Simply note please.....I  deliberately failed to list another party of this charade who  / which let me down.

Again to be fair - the astonishing chain of events - all from the same branch of deceit - all from the same poisonous tree - sorry for lousy cliche - it  is very late - could not be easily encompassed.

It is either the scale of it - or the sheer evil of depriving grandparents of the love of their dead grand daughter's children - or the careless / could -  not - care - less attitude to multiple crimes: I could not exaggerate via any rhetorical flourish if I tried.
AND I WILL NOT EXAGGERATE WHAT EVIL HAS BEEN FOISTED ON MY WIFE AND MYSELF.

Look at this absurd understatement of disparate crimes and misdemenors!


  1. Contempts of court.... galore.
  2. TAMPERING WITH COURT ORDERS!
  3. Contraventions of court orders.
  4.  Swearing false affidavits.
  5.  Destroying running current  court documents when the infamous court - appointed psychologist thought the docs were needed by me 
  6. Then recreating them miraculously when the malfesant entity though the docs would benefit the opposition...then confirming all via a signed letter!
  7. Oh - this entity also managed to pervert the course of justice in another way....
  8. It gets worse when one considers that there were broadly 4 levels of COVER UP AS WELL! It was a matter of covering up for mates - or worse: I could not possibly say. But you dear Constable Verdun will have ORIGINAL DOCS shown to you when you see me this week as promised.

I refer to our conversations earlier this week and I set in conversation  my various plaints / complaints against various parties.

So here is some sort of overview. BASICALLY RELATED TO CRIMES COMMITTED BY AT LEAST 6 PARTIES After I see you - and you give the evidentialy - evincive material closer / brief appraisal,  you will surely appreciate hat we have been going through for 7 - 9 years.

In places my notes from here on will be cryptic. all will nevertheless not be insurmountable I hope.

I now write merely a brief, cryptic analysis of various elements of Family Law to point out how it is susceptible to abuse.
This is written with the understanding  that what happened with us via various entities’ outrages are known and readily understood .
There are several new tangents here and should surely now become the basis of criminal proceedings against parties who care not for even elemental annals of common law, basic decency, or long – suffering children; which should be their concern. VALE MORALITY!

ALL THIS GUESS I WANT IT KNOWN TO THE MANIC ACTIONS OF OUR SON IN LAW WHEREBY HE CARES NOT THAT HE WAS GOING TO BE DISCOVERED BY EVEN BASIC ELEMENTAL PROCESSES OF ANYONE WITH MERE DETERMINATION TO HUG AND HAVE LOVING CONTACT WITH HIS / AND HER GRANDCHILDREN!

It is understood that the laws have been framed for reasonable people. Sadly in the process of making life easier for some – inarguably the significant majority obviously, a door has been opened enabling ignoble people to game the system.
So I now list items.
Starting with the act of  FAMILY MEDIATION
It is to be noted that Catholic Care actually made the remark that those who seek mediation are genuine in wanting to resolve issues.
Plainly nonsense – because where people wish to abuse the system – all they need do is purport to want to mediate, ensure that they never need to make any comment that even remotely approaches the barest elements of humanity. Thus ensure that the mediator is ‘helpful’ to ensuring the above by the malfeasant not even having to meet – and then you have it all wrapped up!
PRIVACY CHIMERA
Any analysis shows that in the least it has been used as a cover for crime!
Much more can be seen and effectively knocks one over in it’s depravity!
AND farce as well: they claim privacy as a refuge – yet admit all!

AVOIDING CONFLICT...UNNECESSARY CONFLICT AVOIDED
What a farce this is: it is proudly promulgated by Catholic Care in their documents where demonstrably misanthropic outrageous behaviour is rewarded for the most outrageous claims.
thus debasement of the law is manifest.
And worse: every 6 months the rogue can get to a mediator forcing the other side into bankruptcy to defend the artifice that Mediation has been allowed to become.
HISTORY KEPT HIDDEN VIA NEW ‘HELPFUL’ MEDIATOR CHOSEN!!
Just how did our son in law finish up at CATHOLIC CARE? Why would CATHOLIC CARE destroy documents ...because when they were investigated by the similarly fraudulent DSS the DSS found nothing! AND YET – CATHOLIC CARE ADMITTED MULTIPLE OUTRAGES IF ONLY INDICATED VIA THEIR OWN WRITINGS AND REFUSAL TO DENY SAME!!
It gets worse: prima facie destruction is evinced by the fact that they needed to call in the Church Barrister to meet and negotiate with me.

ON SATURDAY THEY WONDERED HOW GUTLESS THE NSW PREMIER IS!!
What about the 5 years it took to uncover Craig Thompson and his use of his appendage via a Union CREDIT CARD?
And Peter Slipper... he makes Julia’s misogyny a playtime phrase!
Tell me someone: how long would I last     if I did any of these things?
A shame on those who so willingly seek to  destroy lives with ne’er a sense of guilt.
I hope that they will not be allowed to act thus in future.
Their multiple reconfigurations and artless artifices , disparate dastardisations, underhanded treachery – they have all broken our heart that my actions are necessary to rid Family law of the modern detritus that they manifest proudly!
